Sekesa Berry has extensive experience supporting families with breastfeeding. Initiated by her personal breastfeeding experience with her four children, and further cultivated as a WIC Breastfeeding Peer Counselor. Sekesa was motivated by her work and passion for supporting families with breastfeeding and continued her education becoming a Certified Lactation Counselor. She then worked for several years as a Lactation Consultant for both Obstetrical and Midwifery offices. Now as a Midwife, her work continues with encouraging and supporting her homebirthing families to breastfeed during their postpartum recovery.
